Before submitting:

• Enter the match date and kickoff time in Central Time
• Select the specific World Cup match you are reserving for
• Choose your preferred bar section and table size
• Preferred table numbers are requests and subject to availability
• If you plan to stay for an additional match, be sure to indicate it in the form
